  • The Plus Package is only eligible for a refund if the customer experiences a critical technical issue caused by Anihao.com’s system.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of registration.

2. Refund Process

  • Submit a refund request via email to: contact@anihao.com, including your account information, transaction ID, and a clear reason for the request.
  • The Anihao.com team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
  • If the request is approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method (PayPal).

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • The customer has used the service for more than 3 days after registration.
  • Violation of Anihao.com’s Terms of Use.
  • Promotions and bonuses associated with the Plus Package are non-refundable.
