- The Plus Package is only eligible for a refund if the customer experiences a critical technical issue caused by Anihao.com’s system.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of registration.
2. Refund Process
- Submit a refund request via email to: contact@anihao.com, including your account information, transaction ID, and a clear reason for the request.
- The Anihao.com team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
- If the request is approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method (PayPal).
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- The customer has used the service for more than 3 days after registration.
- Violation of Anihao.com’s Terms of Use.
- Promotions and bonuses associated with the Plus Package are non-refundable.
